Justin Keen – Director
The driving force behind Cloud Accountants.
He is a chartered accountant with 12 years experience in practice and the commercial field, working most recently as a financial controller for a start up business.
Justin is passionate about the future of the accounting profession (as sad as that sounds!), and sees the benefit of using current technologies to deliver exceptional services to clients. He strives to provide efficiencies for businesses, so they can focus on the growth of their company – this is the most important aspect of being an accountant to Justin.
Working for Xero in 2008/2009 opened his mind to the future of accounting and delivering a pro-active service to clients that they deserve.
Michelle Catherwood
A chartered accountant with 20 years experience in public practice dealing with a wide variety of industries. More recently a stay at home Mum looking after our 2 year old daughter.
After so many years in chartered accounting it has become obvious to me that the way forward is to introduce efficiencies so the main focus is on client service. Believe me I have worked in old school accounting firms which could be termed as ‘sausage factories’. Their clients are usually disgruntled at the fact that they have no choice but to engage the services of an accountant to file their tax returns and end up with a big bill to pay for at the end of it all.
I share Justin’s enthusiasm to build a practice which provides exceptional service based around the use of Xero, with no nasty surprises when it comes to cost.
